As the Regional Director of Nevada for Tech Impact, I led programs that trained young adults for new technology and customer service jobs and established career pipelines. As the CEO of IONnovate, I partnered with LVGEA, CSN, Workforce Connections, and WGU to create Nevada's first Software Developer Apprenticeship program.
